- 2011-2013 POSDRU Project of the Romanian Academy (No. POSDRU/89/1.5/S/59758). Responsible for theme: “Intelligent processing for adaptive forecasting of multidisciplinary data”
- 2008-2010 – Involved in FP7 (Theme 4) CP-FP (Collaborative Focused Research Project) No. 214538 BISNES (Bio-Inspired Self-assembled Nano-Enabled Surfaces) in the framework of Romanian team coordinated by Prof. Paul Cristea at UPB.
- 2007 – 2010 – Designer for a data classification tool on the Research Project called “Fault Tolerant Resilient Socio-Technical Systems” lead by Prof. Angelica Bacivarov, Polytechnic University of Bucharest.

- 2005 – 2006 - Software algorithms team coordinator for an exchange rate forecasting tool in the section of CERES Research Programme (Exchange Rate and Competitiveness), lead by Prof. Emilian Dobrescu, Institute of Economic Forecasting (IEF), Romanian Academy.
